hi guys
i have an embeded swf that uses xml,flv,png... files from a sources folder. this is all embed in a web page, which needs to be accessible by members of a silverstripe group but inaccessible by others.
i looked and cant find anywhere that dosn't cause the files loaded by the swf to remain a problem.
i wondered if a folder in the root i.e. not assets with a htaccess file created by me would work by can't find a htpasswd file or any way to say who can access it. This was the way i was handling it before going to silverstripe, but had a manager that overwrote the htaccess and htpassword files each time and caused problems for the admin i.e. one machine could edit at time ect.
ps i cant alter it from flash
